Retatrutide is an experimental injection developed by US drugmaker Eli Lilly. The treatment targets three gut hormones – GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. Early trials suggest it could help individuals reduce up to 25% of their body weight. Nicknamed the “triple G”, the drug is being hailed online as the next Ozempic.

Healthcare Professionals Voice Concerns

Typing “retatrutide” instantly displays channels with numerous of users, populated with photos of slimming results, positive reviews and step-by-step guides for mixing or administering at residence.

Within minutes of joining one community, a seller shared WhatsApp details, where the majority of transactions occur. The vendor provided an instruction manual and guaranteed delivery within 48 hours. When asked whether the substance was authentic, one seller responded: “You can’t be sure.” Another shared a photo of a supposed laboratory certificate. Not one inquired about body mass, medical conditions or past usage.
